Refund and Returns Policy


Our refund and returns policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange depending on the problem or issue with the service.

To be eligible for a return, you must present a valid form of complaint explaining you believe the issue arised is not what you expected which means we could claim the benefit from the same condition as you claimed and exercise a no refund.

Several types of services are exempt from being returned. Services such as music streaming cannot be returned but we offer the reasonable doubt of satisfying the customer with a form of a excuse to return their money.

To complete your request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to match in the billing archive with your purchase.


Once your complaint is received a representative of VMusic a company of EURODYNAMO LLC will carry on its evaluation on the complaint and we will send you an email to notify you that we have received complaint refund. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 days.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at billing customer service.

Stream Music Service at regular price may be refunded. Sale items with a discount code cannot be refunded.
